If Iraq had disarmed itself, gotten rid of its weapons of mass destruction over the past 12 years, or over the last several months since (UN Resolution) 1441 was enacted, we would not be facing the crisis that we now have before us . . . Hatred from people like Osama bin Laden certainly existed before Iraq. But unwise actions can cause hatred to grow, and quite a few respected scholars with no partisan ax to grind argue that the American war in Iraq has proven quite effective at growing hatred of the United States specifically and all things not Islamic more generally. Iraq is, as many have said, the war Bin Laden wanted, and the United States gave it to him

Maybe it is so difficult to make a linkage because there is none and never has been any. Remember you got to do what you got to do and right now we are ready to have an election so do what it takes to again scare the population into electing you and your cohorts again. Let’s hope it doesn’t work this time and we get a congress that truly believes, as they did in past generations, that once elected politics are out and the good of the people and upholding our form of government is what counts.

The only way Bush had the power to invade Iraq was because the house approved unlimited measures to prevent terrorism on the U.S.The thing is Saddam (as sick and evil as he is) didn’t order the attacks on 9/11, Bin Laden did. While he started the war in Afghanistan (justified) he quickly moved on to Iraq (unjustified). If Bush had committed the same efforts to fighting and defeating the Taliban maybe we would be trying Bin Laden in the courts for the murders of the victims in NYC, Washington and PA., or applauding his demise. This was the purpose on these enhanced powers. Now after totally abusing this power, Iraqi’s are no better off, America is not any safer for the efforts in Iraq, and the human costs for a false agenda keeps rising with no end in sight. Had Bush stayed the original course maybe there would be fewer attacks on civilians due to fewer Taliban power players and Taliban puppets. Further sanctions on Saddam could have stifled him until correct information was gathered. All for oil? Maybe

should english be the only language in the US

The question of wheather or not English should be an official language has been a controvertial topic since country was founded. There are many different opinions on this topic. There are extremists who feel strongly for it. Then there are the average people who feel that there should be bilingual states such as those neighboring Mexico and Canada. Believe it or not, the U.S. has no official language. should english be the only official language? What about Sopanish ? what should be taught in school? what should be required and what should be allowed and accepted? This issuse is heated and controvesial. Surprisingly there are 329 languages in the United States.

     Why do people come to the United States of America? I believe its because this country has lot to offer. That is why English should be made the offical languages in this country. people come from all over the world to enjoy this country’s social and political freedom. Not making English the official language would defeate the whole purpose of this country. English as the official language of the United State will resolve the current issuse and prevent problems in the future. The biggest and most obivious problem with speaking many different languages in one united country is communication. Many imigrants dont learn English at all, English be the official language, the country will become closer and racial discrimination will lessen, because everyone will de able to speake the same language. We should avoid lowering down our citizenship standards and sustain the English Proficency

Iraq war

For majority of all the muslim nation doubt about the sincerity of the war. instead, Most say that it is an efford to control the Mideast oil and to dominate the world. The Americans said that they would not directly target civilians, well what about killing of civilians in bombing over Bagdad’s resturants ,they just said that, this was done on only the possibility the Suddam was there. to all people who say war is a war; explain that who has lost his entire family. how you  feel if your son or daughter had theur arm blown away. Dont you think this will create more Bin ladeans. The hate of muslims towards America will create more terriorist activities.

                                           For Americans its a war of freedom, to free iraqi people to live in  free air. how disappointing to see the iraqi people looting . Is this freedom we fought for? It is a scary scenario what US is implementing. It is the fear of male Muslim population to run the Middle East and beyond . The US is obsessed by loosing control as a world’s policeman.

                                      There are doubts about the motives behind the US led war on terrorism. Does it really matter wheather Suddam hussein is a brutal dictator or not? should Us succed in liberating Iraq, who will be next ? waht if other countries begain to operate this way ? It is clear what a desater that would be .Why war was the only option ? how could any one in Baghdad be convinced that the bombing of their homes and families was for their benifit?

Ideological thinking

A good ideological thinking says that we should be perfect in our personal life in order to give advice or interfear to someone. I have an political exzample, think of China thirty  years back. When india was in conflict with Pakistan regarding some land dispute then China without thinking started supporting Pakistan. After some time what happened India was in peace with Pakistan and it was China who was haing cold with India for like three years . Everybody condemed there act and there was a hudge discussion for this act and then they changed there principles. which were followed by every political party wheather republicans or democratics. And now we can see china is  among the leading country in todays world . That we can see no American cars running in China, which you can see in any small country in world. But 60% of our daily products that we use are made in china. China had made there own ideologies to make there economy run better and forget about what is happing in this world
